Mixed Lacrosse gives the men’s and women’s players a chance to get to know one another as well as improving their stick skills and game tactics. University of Liverpool Lacrosse club has hosted a number of mixed tournaments and games and hopes to continue in the coming season. We also organise trips to other universities where we play mixed matches and experience the cities nightlife.

 

Our mixed captain, Helena is working hard to organize mixed matches against other universities for the coming season!

 

Last season the club was proud to host a mixed tournament to raise money for Coppafeel and Prostate Cancer UK Charities. Universities from all over the country entered in the tournament to compete for a trophy. The Liverpool Lynx team beat LJMU in the final to win the torphy! 

 

It was a great day, enjoyed by all and celebrated in style with an animal themed fancy dress social. 

 

This season we look to make the tournament even bigger and have more entrants to make it an annual tournament and raise money and awareness for charity!
